Witam,

Wymieniałem z nimi korespondencję mailową na temat zakupu Sinn.

Po otrzymaniu cennika pytałem się o model DIAPAL( w cenniku było brak)

Odpowiedz była następująca:

immediate delivery.

A co zadziwiające pierwotna była następująca:

Dear Mr. Nowacki,

We can offer the 756 model as follows: ...

 

Niby drobna różnica, ale:

 

zapłacę za zwykły model, dostanę zwykły i już reklamować nie będę mógł, bo celowo raczej ktoś zmienił tą drobą informację w mailu.

 

Może miał ktoś większe doświadczenie z tą witryną i mi to wytłumaczy, bo zapaliła mi sie CZERWONA lampka.

jak masz watpliwosc do do modelu czemu nie potwierdzisz w kolejnym mailu? na 99% wszytko jest tak jak byc powinno; poza tym masz przeciez prawo zwrotu

Pytasz dlaczego nie potwierdzam, bo mnie trochę zniechęciła ta mała manipulacja mailem... Dlatego też tutaj pytam o doświadczenia...

A jak wygląda sprawa ewentualnych zwrotów np jak mi ten Sinn się na żywo nie spodoba?

13. Customer's Right of Return.

 

HÓffner-Online generally concedes to its customers the right of return with regard to unworn goods in original packaging, within a 14-day period after the dispatch of the goods by HÓffner-Online.

 

In case of a justifiable return of goods, the customer shall immediately inform HÓffner-Online about the intent to return the goods and shall reconsign them at the expense of HÓffner-Online in accordance with the Mail Order Business Act of July 1st, 2000 (Fernabsatzgesetz).

 

Exclusively, in the case that HÓffner-Online receives the goods in the original packaging, the customer is allowed to exchange the article, or HÓffner-Online shall immediately, or at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the rejected goods, reimburse the customer the purchase price of the goods thus claimed by the customer in whichever manner of payment the customer requests.

 

There is no possibility of refund of the purchase price, if the goods cannot be resold by HÓffner-Online as new goods, with regard to the above-mentioned stipulations, because HÓffner-Online received them damaged, or if the goods are identified and determined to have already been used by the customer. In this case, HÓffner-Online proposes a reduction of the refund amount or the acceptance of the goods by the customer. Although an extraordinary agreement lies not in the interest of HÓffner-Online, such an agreement may be considered in case of non-agreement.

 

In accordance with Act 346 ff. of the German Civil Code, there is, in principle, no right of return for goods, which have not been returned in acceptable condition.
