Hello,
My name is Tony and I have inherited a watch that was assembled and sold in Krakow Poland and I'm trying to gain a little information about it. My grandfather, Anton Swiecicki left Poland in the 50's to work as a radiologist in Ghana Africa. Over the course of his life he settled in Rotterdam Holland and raised a family. Ultimately I was born to an American father and moved to the United State shortly after birth. My uncle, the last of my family line in Rotterdam passed away a few years ago and I was charged with closing the estate. One of the amazing treasures I found was this gold Patek Philippe pocket watch with a case inscription of Marceli Bojarski, w Krakowie. After some google searches I found an ad in a paper for this watch maker circa 1938. I was looking to see if there was anyone on this forum that might have more information. As a speaker of extremely little Polish, I was hoping my post in English would be acceptable being that I'm half Polish.
Thank you for your time.
