👌 Ja też stosuję tę zasadę => od kilkudziesięciu lat te same rozmiary ciuchów, choć mam obecnie bardziej dopasowane, bo po zmianie opcji treningowej przybyło mi mięśni, a trudno mi zrzucić jeszcze ze 2kg wagi, bo ciężko wyzbyć się pewnych nawyków żywieniowych, tych dla przyjemności => smakołyków 👎
